This website is operated by the All For All Pets project team, based in Limassol, Cyprus. For personal data collected through this website, All For All Pets acts as the controller of that information.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- Contact enquiries: your name, email address, organisation (if provided), enquiry category and message.
- Beta-access requests: your name, email address, country, Android device model, the social platform you choose, your public profile link or username, and any optional note you provide.
- Technical information: basic request, security and device information that may be processed by our hosting or infrastructure providers when the website is delivered to your browser.
3. Why we use your information
We use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries and conversations you start with us;
- review and manage requests for access to the private beta;
- check that beta-access requests appear genuine and reduce misuse or abuse of invite-only access;
- operate, secure and improve the website and related services;
- keep appropriate records of communications and requests.
4. Social-profile information for beta requests
We require one Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn profile when requesting beta access. We use this only as a reasonable authenticity check for an invite-only beta request. We do not ask for, need or want your password, private messages or login credentials. Please provide only a public profile link or username.
5. Legal bases
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we generally process information because it is necessary to take steps at your request (for example, when you ask for beta access or contact us), or because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, protecting invite-only access, preventing misuse and operating the website. Where consent is the appropriate legal basis, you may withdraw it at any time.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. As a general guide, beta-access requests that do not progress may be retained for up to 12 months, while business and general enquiries may be retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is reasonably required for an ongoing relationship, legal obligation or dispute.
7. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us host, secure or operate the website and related systems, only where necessary for those services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights and security.
Contact and beta-access forms are processed through Cloudflare infrastructure and delivered through Resend to our authorised business mailbox. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse and may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the outcome of the security check. Resend processes the form details only as required to deliver the resulting email.
8. 4fund and payments
If you choose to support All For All Pets through 4fund, you leave our website and use 4fund.com. Payment and supporter information entered there is processed under 4fund's own terms and privacy practices. We do not receive your payment-card credentials through this website.
9. External services and embedded content
The website currently uses third-party resources such as Google Fonts, Font Awesome/CDN resources and an embedded Google Maps view. When these resources load, the relevant provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information and may process data under its own privacy terms.
10. Cookies and analytics
We do not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising on this website, and we do not currently operate a website analytics profile for advertising purposes. Third-party embedded content may use its own storage, cookies or similar technologies under the provider's policies.
11. International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside Cyprus or the European Economic Area. Where GDPR applies, we expect providers to use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism and safeguards where required.
12. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, and in some circumstances to data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
