1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to the All For All Pets website, mobile application and related services. The Service is operated by ANYFENCE A.I. LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 471540, with registered office at Miltiadi Stylianou 26, Kato Polemidia, 4150 Limassol, Cyprus.
By creating an account or using a feature that allows you to create, upload, send or publish content, you agree to these Terms, the Community Guidelines and any feature-specific rules clearly presented to you.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. It is separate from these Terms and is not treated as blanket consent to data processing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If applicable law requires parental or guardian permission, the Service may be used only with that permission.
3. Your account
You are responsible for providing reasonably accurate information, protecting your credentials and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised. You must not impersonate another person or organisation or create an account for fraudulent, abusive or deceptive purposes.
4. What the Service provides
All For All Pets may provide Lost, Found, Seen and Reunited reports, maps, privacy-adjusted location display, AI-assisted pet-photo analysis, possible matches, pet profiles, Community, Adoption, messaging, notifications and safety/moderation tools.
Features may evolve as the service develops.
5. The Service is an aid, not a guarantee
All For All Pets does not guarantee that a lost animal will be found, that a Found or Seen report relates to a particular lost animal, that an AI match is correct, that a photograph proves identity or ownership, that an Adoption listing is accurate in every respect, or that a particular handover or adoption will be safe or successful.
Users remain responsible for applying reasonable judgment and taking appropriate safety precautions.
6. AI-assisted features and possible matches
The Service may use AI to analyse pet photos, help draft descriptions and surface possible matches. AI outputs are probabilistic and may be wrong.
A similarity score, AI-generated description or possible-match suggestion is not proof that two photographs show the same animal, does not establish ownership and should not be the sole basis for handing an animal to another person.
7. Lost, Found, Seen and Reunited posts
When creating or updating a pet report, you agree to provide information in good faith, avoid deliberately false or misleading reports, upload only content you are entitled to use, respect other people’s privacy and avoid publishing another person’s precise private location or contact information without a lawful reason.
Public map information may intentionally be approximate for privacy and safety.
8. Safe pet handovers
Users should take reasonable precautions before transferring an animal or disclosing sensitive information. Depending on the circumstances, useful checks may include microchip verification, veterinary or ownership records, distinctive physical features not publicly disclosed, photographs or other evidence, and safe meeting arrangements.
All For All Pets does not adjudicate legal ownership disputes.
9. Adoption posts
Unless expressly stated otherwise, All For All Pets is not the owner, seller, shelter, rescue organisation or adopter of an animal and is not a party to an adoption or rehoming arrangement between users.
We do not guarantee an animal’s health, temperament, history or suitability, or the identity, intentions or suitability of a prospective adopter or person posting an animal. Users are responsible for complying with applicable animal-welfare, identification, licensing, sale, transfer and adoption laws.
10. Community and messaging
Community features and private messaging must not be used for harassment, threats, stalking, scams, fraud, impersonation, illegal or abusive material, spam, privacy violations or illegal animal activity. The Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
11. User-generated content
You retain ownership of rights you hold in content you submit. You grant All For All Pets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt, transmit and display that content only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate and provide the Service and its intended sharing features.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.
12. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use the Service for unlawful content or conduct, including threats, harassment, hate or discriminatory abuse, sexual exploitation, animal cruelty, illegal animal transactions, scams, impersonation, deliberate false pet reports, doxxing, intellectual-property infringement, malware, spam, or attempts to bypass blocking, moderation or security controls.
13. Reporting, blocking and moderation
The Service may provide tools for reporting content or users and blocking users. We may use automated filters, technical abuse signals, user reports and human review.
We may restrict, remove or disable access to content, features or accounts where we reasonably determine that these Terms or the Community Guidelines were violated, content may be illegal, action is needed to protect users or animals, or action is required by law.
14. Illegal-content notices
Where required by applicable law, we provide a dedicated electronic route for reporting specific content alleged to be illegal. See Report illegal content.
A Community Guidelines report is not necessarily the same as a formal allegation that specific content is illegal.
15. Website and beta information
Website content and beta materials are provided for general information and product testing. Beta features may be incomplete, unavailable or changed without notice. Users should not rely on beta software as the sole means of handling an urgent lost-pet, veterinary or safety situation.
16. Pet businesses and third-party services
A mention, conversation, listing or future network presence involving a vet clinic, pet store, sitter, rescue, shelter or other service provider does not by itself constitute an endorsement, guarantee or agency relationship.
External services such as 4fund, map providers and social platforms operate under their own terms and policies.
17. Support and payments
If you support the project through 4fund, the transaction takes place on 4fund.com and is subject to 4fund’s terms, payment rules and privacy practices. All For All Pets does not process payment-card credentials through this website.
18. Intellectual property
The Service, excluding User Content, including software, branding, designs, logos, written materials and other content owned by us or our licensors, is protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of All For All Pets intellectual property.
19. Service availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may fix bugs, change features, perform maintenance, change providers or restrict features where reasonably necessary for security, law or safety.
20. Account suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations, fraud, threats, unlawful activity, security compromise, attempts to evade enforcement or legal obligations. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate reasons and available means of review.
21. Account deletion
You may request account deletion using the in-app deletion flow when available, or the external process explained on our Account & Data Deletion page. Deletion may be irreversible and may remove profiles, posts, photos, messages and other account-linked data, subject to narrow lawful retention exceptions.
22. Emergency and professional services
All For All Pets is not an emergency service, police or law-enforcement service, veterinary service, animal-control authority or substitute for professional veterinary, legal or animal-welfare advice.
For an immediate threat to a person or animal, contact the appropriate emergency service, veterinarian, animal-welfare organisation or public authority.
23. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to mandatory law, All For All Pets is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by another user, a user’s failure to verify identity or ownership, reliance on an AI suggestion as definitive proof, conduct between users outside our reasonable control, or third-party outages/events beyond our reasonable control.
If you are a consumer, you retain mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
24. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
25. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, new features, safety or moderation measures, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. The app may require renewed acceptance where legally or contractually necessary.
26. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, except to the extent mandatory consumer law or conflict-of-law rules provide protections that cannot be displaced.
